DIRECT BUYOUT OF UPPC® SYSTEM
Direct buyout of UPPC® System (including installation, commissioning and 1 to 2 years’ warranty):
In this mode, we will negotiate a mutually acceptable price and sign the contract after confirmation of UPPC® system reaching a set energy saving capacity. Normally security deposits or down payment is required and supplemented to progress payment. The final installment will be paid upon one or more times of examination and acceptance. This cooperation mode provides energy saving warranty and price terms. Payment may be periodical (by installment within 3 year or longer period). Not every installment requires energy saving capacity measurement and examination. Normally the contract specifies the schedule and amount of payment only. Usually we provide one to two years’ warranty, and the system is fully owned by client after the contract price is paid off.
